REFUNDS

All sales are FINAL and there are no exchanges or refunds. However, please email us at westjamaicaseamoss@gmail.com if shipment/damaged order issues arise.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Orders are prepared for shipment within 24 hours of confirmation to ensure efficiency and fast delivery. As such, orders cannot be altered once payment is completed.

 

WRONG ADDRESS ISSUES

Please be very careful when typing in your address, if you type the wrong address or enter your information incorrectly we will not reimburse lost packages.
